Budget 2019-2020

We are funded by a levy paid by legal professionals operating in Scotland. Under the terms of the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007, we are required to consult with the professional organisations about our proposed budget for the next financial year. Following the consultation, the final budget was agreed and then laid before the Scottish Parliament.
