Assistance to complete a complaint form
If you require assistance to complete a complaint form, please ask a member of our staff and they will help you.
Other languages
If you would like to speak to us in a language other than English, we can make arrangements for interpreting support.
Information on how to make a complaint about a lawyer is now available in five additional languages: Arabic, Polish, Punjabi, Spanish and Urdu. View our other languages page to view our translated leaflets.
Please contact us if you would like more information.
Website accessibility
Scottish Legal Complaints Commission is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
For more information, read our full accessibility statement.
We have the UserWay web accessibility tool on our website. You can open the accessibility menu using the Ctrl key + u shortcut, or through the icon in the top right of the screen.
If you need to change the size of the text on this website, your Web browser should allow you to override formatting in order to change the fonts and font sizes. You will need to consult the 'Help' section on your browser to find out how to do this as some browsers have different methods of changing these settings.
