The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission have released a guide for the public - on the legal aspects buying and selling a home. “Buying and Selling your Home – a Guide for Legal Consumers” draws on the Commission’s five years of experience handling complaints to give six practical tips for Scottish consumers on using a solicitor to buy or sell a home.
